Maya Zasil Diaz, a dedicated Program Manager at Tanoma Consulting, is a dynamic young professional driven by a passion for politics, community outreach, and advocacy. After graduating magna cum laude from Marquette University in 2022, Maya furthered her academic
journey to attain a Master's degree in Political Science from the same institution in 2023.

In her prior endeavors, Maya played a pivotal role in co-developing Workplace Health & Safety legislation in Illinois. Her proactive approach extended to organizing outreach initiatives targeting state elected officials and facilitating Legislative Steering Committee meetings. Additionally, she structured community outreach efforts for the National Long COVID Study,RECOVER.

Maya has also worked in the D.C. Office of Congressman Jesús “Chuy” García and the District Office of State Senator Celina Villanueva. In these capacities, she engaged in researching critical national policy issues, managed constituent services, and collaborated on media
communications.
