Moriah is a first-year graduate student at DePaul University, pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy. With over six years of experience in marketing and communications for nonprofits and associations, she has developed a deep passion for social change. Her role as Digital & Communications Director for the Young Democrats of Illinois sparked her interest in policy, motivating her to further her studies. Originally from the St. Louis area, Moriah also lived in Louisiana before settling in Chicago for her undergraduate education. She is eager to deepen her understanding of political communications, research, lobbying, and public policy. Long-term, Moriah aims to work for a Chicago-based non-profit or consulting firm focused on providing services to underserved communities.
