Maddie is a Chicago native and current junior at Northwestern University majoring in Learning and Organizational Change and minoring in Psychology. She brings professional services consulting experience from her prior internship to APS & Associates, where she collaborated with clients in healthcare, philanthropy, and other sectors to develop and present strategies for optimizing workflows and enhancing employee collaboration. Maddie is looking forward to meeting the APS & Associates team and its clients this winter and contributing to their impactful work. In the future, Maddie hopes to work in the management or strategy consulting industries, where she will have the opportunity to drive organizational success and innovation.
